POSITION SUMMARY
Reduce delinquency and loan losses by negotiating payment arrangements and collecting arrears on delinquent accounts. Offer options where appropriate for borrowers who are unable to make their full payments where appropriate.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Conflict Resolution experience
- High School Diploma
- De-escalation skills would be an asset.
- Related experience preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to a reduction in delinquency by participating in predictive dialer campaigns
- Use the call model to negotiate larger payments with earlier timelines to resolve delinquency as quickly as possible.
- De-escalate angry or irate customers
- Maintain consistent and accurate notes on all accounts
- Ensure all privacy guidelines are followed
- Maintain metric expectations for dials, activities, PTP%, PK%, WRAP%, Dollars collected and Call quality.
